Fluid is Strength in Motion

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

James is a stellar trainer who pushes you to try exercises and movement your body has never done or hasn’t done in a while. I’ve already seen differences in my strength and the ability to move my body in more flexible ways. James is professional, patient and models the correct form to ensure mastery of the skill being worked on. James explains the different muscles in the body to help me understand why our body works the way that it does. When hurt from a work injury, James was able to stretch my body to treat such injury and modified a work out to still be beneficial while taking into account my injury.
